LOYALTY PROGRAM REDESIGN
KING ARTHUR BAKING CO. — Conversion and Retention
Design Objective: To create a recognizable voice and visual identity for use in all loyalty program communications that emphasizes inclusivity and positions the Baker’s Rewards as a community of bakers. The goals were to acquire new members, to increase engagement of current members, and to develop a loyalty program–specific style guide for all channels and marketing programs to follow.
